We’ve got your summer covered!

Imagine a camp surrounded by 70 acres of woods, 2 lakes, trails and plenty of room to explore! Our camper’s days are jam packed with activities: exploring nature, swimming at our beach or indoor pool, canoeing, playing volleyball, basketball and archery to name a few! There is never a dull moment with so much fun and nature around us.

Our camp is amazing!

Our summer camp is located at the Hamburg Fitness Center and integrates the best of a traditional day camp with the benefits of an indoor gym and pool. We provide the perfect setting for your school-age children ages 6-14. Children must be 6 years of age by June 10, 2024.

Khai Somerville

Camp Director

My name is Khai Somerville, and I am thrilled to be starting my 6th Sunny Days Camp season!

I have several years of experience working with children through summer camps, after school programs, child care, and babysitting. I also have a background in health fitness, wellness, and recreation. I love seeing our youth try new things, and honestly step away from their electronics to focus on everything the outdoors have to offer. I not only enjoy planning and prepping activities for kids, but I love being a part of the action as well!

In my free time I enjoy hanging out with my husband and almost 4 year old son, staying active, gardening, and fishing. This summer will be filled with fun and adventure.

I look forward to meeting you and your camper!

Hello Sunny Days Families!

My name is Joseph Tabaka. I have worked at the Hamburg Fitness Center & Camp since 2021. This will be my sixth summer working at Sunny Days Camp and fourth year being a Camp Director!

Over the past three years as a director, I have strived to ensure our Summer Camp goes above and beyond for our campers, and this year will be no different! From fun and engaging activities, to competitive and thrilling games! But most importantly, lifelong memories that our campers will cherish forever.

I’ve taken my duty as a director incredibly serious, and along with our top notch Sunny Days Camp Counselors and my amazing Co-Director, I can ensure with full certainty that “We’ve Got Your Summer Covered!”

Registration Fee

Member* 1 Child: $25 (2+ $40)
Non-Member 1 Child: $40 (2+ $60)

Registration fees are NON- REFUNDABLE

Daily Rate: $50.00/child
Weekly Rate (5 Days): $225/child

*Parent/Guardian must have an active HFCC membership

Non-Member
Daily Rate: $60.00/child
Weekly Rate (5 Days): $275/child

Extended Care

Before Care 6:30 am - 9:00 am: $12/child/day
After Care 4:00 pm - 6:30 pm: $12/child/day

Staff & Safety

Our staff all complete a training program, CPR certification and background checks. Our lifeguards are Red Cross and CPR certified. Our counselors are motivated, enthusiastic, patient, energetic and enjoy working with children.

At Hamburg Fitness Center & Camp, we have always prioritized the health and safety of the children in our care. With the spread of COVID-19, new health and safety protocols are essential to ensure children, families, and employees are as safe as possible. All our Hamburg Fitness and camp staff will be following these new safety protocols.
