YOGA | LOW/MODERATE INTENSITY | HIGH INTENSITY | CYCLING | WATER

Yoga

Gentle Yoga

  • A great class for new and practicing beginners, or those with a limited range of motion. Learn fundamental poses with a focus on balance, flexibility, and strength.

    Less vigorous than other yoga styles.

  • Fridays: 10:30am - 11:30am

Hatha Yoga Mix

  • This yoga class is practiced at a slower pace, holding poses longer, with focus on breathing, controlled movements, and stretching.

    May incorporate use of light weights or other accessories.

  • Wednesdays and Saturdays: 10:30am - 11:30am

Vinyasa Flow

  • This challenging practice taps into your core strength and combines a sequence of poses with movement to create energy, heat & balance. Build a strong foundation integrating strength & flexibility while trimming, toning and opening the hips and shoulders.

    Yoga mats, blocks and straps are provided and used to modify poses, increase stability or challenge flexibility. The use of weights for added resistance and strength are optional. This class is offered in the Group Exercise Studio. Wear comfortable clothing and bring water for proper hydration.

Yin Yoga

  • This yoga practice is designed to reset your body and mind through deep, long holding poses. The class is a slow-paced, therapeutic style of yoga that targets deep connective tissues mainly around the key joints - hips and shoulders. Yin yoga improves circulation, reduces anxiety and stress, increases flexibility and improves sleep and digestion.

  • Thursdays: 7:00pm - 8:00pm

Low/Moderate Intensity

Strength

  • This foundational class teaches the basic movements of weight training with a stong emphasis on proper form. It provides options to keep things challenging as you build strength and stamina.

  • Tuesdays: 6:00pm - 7:00pm

    Wednesdays: 9:30am - 10:30am

    Thursdays: 6:00pm - 7:00pm

FIT

  • Functional Integrated Training is strength training class sig body weight to challenge muscle endurance, balance, & coordination.

  • Tuesdays: 10:30am - 11:30am

Silver Sneakers Classic

  • Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase strength and range of motion, and improve everyday activities. A chair is available for seated or standing support.

    Thursday’s Class is choreographed with easy to follow Zumba moves.

  • Mondays: 11:30am - 12:30pm
    Thursdays: 10:30am - 11:30 am

WERQ

  • A fun dance fitness workout class based on pop, rock, and hip-hop music. A warm up previews the dance steps used in class and the cool down includes balance and yoga inspired poses. The remainder of the class is pure movement and fun. Whether you love to dance or just want to try something new, come prepared to burn calories, challenge your heart rate, and build cardiovascular endurance.

Core +

  • This class incorporates essential core performance moves to build strength, combined with traditional stretches for enhanced balance and flexibility.

    Modifications for all levels available.

  • Mondays: 10:30am - 11:30am

Strength +

  • Combine the basic movement of weight training with the addition of foundational movement patters guaranteed to increase flexibility and joint movement. Stay fit for life no matter the age!

  • Sundays: 11:30am - 12:30am

High Intensity

Cardio Kickboxing

  • Build strength & stamina in this class inspired by moves originating from kickboxing. This dynamic class promotes weight loss, increases mobility, agility, focus, and cardiovascular strength.

    Wear lightweight comfortable clothing, athletic shoes, and bring water for proper hydration.

    Modifications for all levels available.

  • Saturdays: 9:00am - 10:00am

Circuit Boot Camp

  • This high energy class focuses on circuit training and is designed to challenge any fitness level. Cardio, calisthenics, strength, and endurance training are combined in an easy to follow way. Upbeat music fuels the class energy and pushes to the limits. Circuit Boot Camp promotes weight loss and increased mobility, agility, focus, and cardiovascular strength.

    Steps, weights, body bars, tubes, stability balls are all used to challenge balance and build strength.

Sweat and Strength

  • Tone and strengthen your entire body with a specific format of interval training. Increase your energy, metabolism and endurance using weights, tubes etc. to provide resistance.

  • Tuesdays: 9:30am - 10:30am

Hard Core

  • Hard CORE prioritizes the toning and strengthening of your core muscles. This short but demanding class employs a variety of exercises to target your rectus abdominis, obliques, & transversus abdominis, ensuring comprehensive core training. You will engage in a series of stability exercises, rotational movements, and resistance training while incorporating tools such as stability balls, pilates balls, resistance bands, and weights. This class will help you to build a core that improves your body’s overall strength, stability, and performance.

  • Saturdays: 10:00am - 10:30am

Cycling

Cycle/Spin

  • Combine high intensity cardio training with interval strength training for toning and firming muscles. Motivational music and cues will guide riders through flat terrain, hills, jumps, and increases in intensity and speed.

    A heart rate monitor is recommended.

  • Mondays and Wednesdays: 6:00pm - 7:00pm
    Thursdays: 6:00pm - 7:00pm

Water

Water Aerobics

  • This cardio class burns calories, is easy on the joints, tones muscle, increases flexibility, and is excellent for weight loss and body definition. Modifications for all levels available.

    Non-Swimmers welcome.

  • Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays: 10:00am - 11:00am

Water Exercise

  • This class tones and strengthens muscles while increasing range of motion.

    Presented by an audio trainer.
    No instructor present.

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays: 1:00pm - 2:00pm
