Take a midweek break to move your body, clear your mind, and connect with others in our Walks & Wellness program! This weekly group combines the simple joy of walking with meaningful conversations that nurture both mental and physical well-being.
Led by Kristy Lindberg, a licensed therapist, each walk offers gentle movement, mindfulness tips, and supportive discussions designed to reduce stress, boost mood, and help you feel more balanced.
Whether you come for the exercise, the fresh air, or the sense of community, you’ll leave feeling lighter, more centered, and re-energized.

Sacred Symphony Sound Bath

Join the Energy Apostles for a Sacred Symphony this month designed to help you gently release fear, strengthen your inner trust, and reaffirm confidence that you are exactly where you’re meant to be. This intentional experience invites you to let go of what no longer serves you and step forward grounded, open-hearted, and guided by love.
Immerse yourself in a deeply restorative experience of sound, energy, and heartfelt gratitude. Our Sacred Symphony Sound Bath combines the celestial tones of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes with the gentle, healing touch of Reiki practitioners—creating a multisensory sanctuary for renewal and reflection.
Bring your mat, a cozy blanket, and an open heart as you surrender to waves of sound and healing energy. Allow yourself to be enveloped in serenity, grounded in presence, and uplifted by gratitude.
