A high intensity cardiovascular class taught in our indoor pool. Move to the rhythm of popular music and have fun while getting an invigorating work out. Class is easy on the joints and burns lots of calories! Combine cardio intervals with water resistance to tone muscles and improve strength. Water noodles, hand bells, water belts and kick boards are all provided to create buoyancy, support and stabilization. Gain vitality, strength and range of motion using the natural support and resistance of the water. Excellent for weight loss & body definition. Swimming skills not needed.
