Combine 2 unique practices: one relaxing and deeply rejuvenating, with the other that is stimulating and fluid, together balancing stillness and movement.
Yin Flow uses longer holding relaxed floor postures to stretch and stimulate energy channels, opens the joints, and messages connective tissue, enhancing the bodies natural healing process.
Yang Flow uses a flowing sequence of poses that builds energy, flexibility, and balance. Learn how to clear, cultivate, and circulate vital energy throughout your entire body.
Learn to bring yin and yang together creating balance in mind and body.
This studio is located on the second floor of our facility, and offers a personal experience for participants. Mats, yoga blocks and straps are available. Wear comfortable clothing and bring water for proper hydration. Yoga pillow, blanket and mat are suggested.
