Let’s get fit, get healthy, challenge your body, and most important make fitness fun outdoors this summer!
This 75 minute outdoor training is created to help build strength and aerobic capacity through calorie torching HIIT training/running, climbing, ropes, agility, strength and more! We will use the HFCC outdoor grounds and outdoor equipment.
Wear lightweight comfortable clothing, athletic shoes and bring water for proper hydration.
Tuesdays 6:15-7:30 pm

Walk In: $20 | Students $12.50
Preregistration and payment required 24 hours in advance at front desk.
Minimum of 4 students required to proceed with training.
