The PILOXING workouts are a fusion of boxing and standing Pilates principles. The combination of these disciplines as primary exercise components creates a sense of both physical and mental balance.
In this game-changing program, PILOXING goes to the BARRE. Exercises will target the entire body developing longer, leaner definition and better balance and flexibility. Low impact controlled movement will redefine problem areas of the arms, hip, seat, thighs and abdominals. Workout will incorporate the use of weights, balls, bands and ballet barre. You will sweat!
