A total body workout! Challenging non-impact, super effective way to change your body! Exercises will target the entire body developing longer, leaner definition and better balance and flexibility. Low impact controlled movement will redefine problem areas of the arms, hip, seat, thighs and abdominals. Workout may incorporate the use of weights, balls, bands and ballet barre. You will sweat!
No experience necessary! All are welcome! This studio is located on the second floor of our facility, and offers a personal experience for participants. Mats, yoga blocks and straps are available. Wear comfortable clothing and bring water for proper hydration.
