This class will focus on breath, energy and gentle movements that will promote healthy brain function and spinal health. A special emphasis will be placed on mobility of the spine which is key to the health of the whole body. Specific poses will be practiced to improve mobility and decrease back pain.
This class is aimed for all student levels and will increase range of motion, open tight areas, strengthen and tone your body and reduce stress in the mind and body. This studio is located on the second floor of our facility, and offers a personal experience for participants. Temperature and lighting is controlled. The studio is able to offer heated yoga classes in a calming environment.
Wear comfortable breathable athletic clothes for the heated room, bring a towel and water bottle.
