A high energy class that will get your heart pumping and your sweat pouring! Tone and strengthen your entire body with a specific format of interval training. 20 seconds intervals of high intensity exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Modifications given for all fitness levels. Steps, weights, body bars, tubes, stability balls are all used to challenge balance and build strength. This class kick starts your metabolism and burns mega calories to increase weight loss.
Wear comfortable lightweight clothing, athletic shoes and bring water for proper hydration.
