Learn simple kickboxing moves combined with intervals of strength training that incorporate a body bar, resistance band, or light weights. This class is fiercely energetic and unleashes the energy within using driving music and powerful movements. This dynamic class promotes weight loss, increases mobility, agility, focus and cardiovascular strength. All fitness levels are welcome, modifications are displayed as needed.
