An ideal beginning workout for those who haven’t exercised in years, or for those looking to improve performance, decrease risk of injury, relieve back pain and improve functional movement for your everyday lives.
Whether you’re a serious competitor or weekend warrior, you know that proper stretching before and after your workout can improve your performance, increase your flexibility, help prevent injury, and make you feel better. This class incorporates traditional stretching, yoga and Essential Core Performance moves. You will use a variety of simple tools, including a strap, foam rollers, balls, mat and your own body weight to stretch and strengthen all muscle groups, while building endurance, enhancing balance and flexibility with a CORE emphasis.
Wear lightweight comfortable clothing, athletic shoes and bring water for proper hydration.
