This heated class will incorporate a slow flow vinyasa sequence with some longer holding postures to open up targeted areas of the body. Special emphasis will be placed on teaching students how to align breath with movement.
This class is aimed for all student levels and will increase range of motion, open tight areas, strengthen and tone your body and reduce stress in the mind and body.
Wear comfortable breathable athletic clothes for the heated room, bring a towel and water bottle.
