Jump start your metabolism and keep it burning calories all day long! Join this early morning training combining aerobic conditioning, functional movement, strength, core and flexibility training to redefine your body and melt away those unwanted pounds.
Enjoy the benefits of small group training to keep you motivated, accountable and coming back for more! Use kettlebells, ropes, steps, weights, body bars and tubes to dramatically sculpt muscles, challenge cardiovascular strength and release stress. Works every major muscle group and gets your heart rate going!
Wear lightweight comfortable clothing, athletic shoes and bring water for proper hydration.
