Experience a complete workout that mixes cardio with music, drumming and rhythm to get people moving!
A multi-level class combining aerobic conditioning inspired by an energizing fun session of playing the drums! Melt away those unwanted pounds while being challenged and having fun. Squats, lunges and extensions all performed to an upbeat rhythm of the drums.
Equipment used: stability balls, risers and drum sticks provided at the class.
Wear lightweight comfortable clothing, athletic shoes and bring water for proper hydration.
