This clinic is designed to strengthen the core, challenge the stabalization of the pelvis while performing Ballet and Pilates movements. No dance experience is needed, choreography is easy to learn.
Exercises will target the entire body developing longer, leaner definition and better balance and flexibility. Low impact controlled movement will redefine problem areas of the arms, hip, seat, thighs and abdominals. Workout will incorporate the use of weights, balls, bands and ballet barre.
