Water Exercise has all the benefits of Water Aerobics with a gentler approach. This class is especially appropriate for those recovering from injury or experiencing stiffness and stress associated with fatigue and loss of motion.
Swimming skills not needed.
AQUATIC ORIENTATION (3rd Tuesday of each month | 11:00am – 11:30am) This orientation is provided to all new members. Join us to try out the the pool equipment, and learn move and terminology used in aquatic classes. 24-hr advance sign up required. Swimming skills not needed.
Wear swim attire and water shoes, bring towel and water for proper hydration.
Our pool temperature is maintained at 82 degrees. Members can enjoy the dry sauna and hot tub after an invigorating water class.
