Slow Flow Yoga allows students to move through a series of challenging poses developed to create harmony and balance. Poses are sequenced with breath and held longer to allow the body to settle into each posture. A deeper stretch and increased muscle endurance is achieved. Music enhances the sense of calmness and concentration. Modifications are given, all fitness levels are welcome.
Yoga mats, blocks and straps are provided and used to modify poses, increase stability or challenge flexibility. This class is offered in the Group Exercise Studio. Wear comfortable clothing and bring water for proper hydration.
