Power Yoga is a fast paced class which connects poses through breath and movement. This vigorous sequence of poses in rhythm with movement creates energy, heat and focus. Students will perform sun salutes, standing and seated postures which challenge muscle strength and build endurance. Music is used to enhance your practice. Modifications are given, all fitness levels welcome.
Yoga mats, blocks and straps are provided and used to modify poses, increase stability or challenge flexibility. This class is offered in the Group Exercise Studio. Wear comfortable clothing and bring water for proper hydration.
