MY  CHOLESTEROL  DROPPED  30   POINTS...

_At the suggestion of my doctor I joined Hamburg Fitness Center for their Water Aerobics class. Within 3 months my cholesterol dropped 30 points and my triglycerides went from 199 to 119.  Another added benefit is I am able to sleep much better and have more energy. The classes are enjoyable and nonjudgmental.

_The Hamburg Fitness Center is an ideal place for me to work-out.  It’s clean, family friendly and offers a wide variety of activities, classes and facilities. In addition to the traditional cardio and weightlifting areas, there are a gym, a pool and racquetball courts. The best part is the staff; they’re friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.  You definitely owe it to yourself to give The Hamburg Fitness Center a try.

IT'S  KID  FRIENDLY...

_This is My gym, I’ve belonged to it for 4 years and the core staff is still there. That speaks volumes. There is always someone cleaning, the equipment is kept up. Most importantly, it’s a community gym where you really know the people working and working out. AND it’s kid friendly.

I  COULDN'T  HAVE  FOUND  A  BETTER  FIT...

Sometimes life throws you a curve ball.  At 35, I had a devastating stroke that quite literally put me in physical therapy for the next year of my life.  I was health conscious, but never had joined a gym.  Suddenly, I needed to exercise 7 days a week.  I couldn’t have found a better fit than Hamburg Fitness Center & Camp.  It has everything I needed.

I had so much confidence in their child care that I decided to forgo preschool for my son and enrolled our infant daughter too.

I love the classes!!  I have taken most of the classes, water aerobics, cycling and weights   but this year I am focusing on yoga and Functional Strength Training. In short, Hamburg Fitness is a huge part of my life. Thank-you! Thank-you! Thank-you!

THE  BEST  I'VE  EVER  BEEN  IN...

_I love this facility as it is family oriented. It is wonderful to see children as well as adults of both genders and of all ages. The facility is clean and well maintained. It has a large swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, Racquetball courts, full sized Gymnasium and all the modern weights and work out equipment.

 I am now 76 years old and spend about 10 hours a week at the center... 

I have been a member of Health spas my whole life and can honestly say that H.F.C. is the best I have ever been in. The staff are friendly & attentive and there is something for everyone at this facility. They are the Jewel of this community!
