Our on-site Specialty Clinics are designed to help you take your training to the next level. Clinics change regularly or seasonally, so if something here intrigues you, sign up now!

You don't have to be an expert to participate - just enthusiastic. Our talented Clinic instructors will do the rest.

CYCLE  FUSION

Cycle Fusion
_Challenge yourself with 90 minutes of guided interval training. You will build your aerobic endurance and increase your anaerobic threshold, all while challenging muscle strength and incorporating plyometric and resistance training.

RUN FOR LIFE INTERMEDIATE

CYCLE  ENDURANCE

Cycle Endurance takes you to the next level of indoor cycling. Two hours of interval training concentrates on higher resistance, lower cadence pedaling, and will help you improve leg strength and aerobic conditioning.



GOLF CLINIC

Bring your physical fitness and golfing technique "back up to par" just in time for golf season. Learn training techniques for hitting the ball with strength and ease while reducing chances for injury.



TRANSFORMATIONAL BOOTCAMP

Zumba Toning
Create real transformational change with challenging, fun work outs. Training incorporates free weights, resistance bands, stability ball, TRX and much more.  




FREESTYLE SWIM

Learn how to improve your technique for a more refined and efficient swim stroke. Includes 4 sessions (90 minutes each) and a discounted rate on a private session.

Functional Strength Training
_Lift, jump, push, bend, run and take it to the edge!! Increase your athletic performance, balance, strength, mobility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance using kettlebells, ropes, bands, medicine balls and much more.
