Our yoga classes are offered in both the Group Exercise Studio and the Mind & Body Studio. The Mind & Body Studio was created to enhance your experience by providing a unique atmosphere to explore different classes to deepen your practice.
The classes offered in our Group Exercise Studio focus on breath combined with movement and holding a pose. Each class experience is enhanced with appropriate music. The many benefits of yoga include increased flexibility and balance while improving sound sleep. Deep breathing techniques help manage stress, anxiety and depression and help lower blood pressure. A yoga practice compliments most fitness programs and enhances your total health.
Yoga mats, blocks and straps are provided and used to modify poses, increase stability or challenge flexibility. Wear comfortable clothing and bring water for proper hydration.
